Important Information
Paying by EMail Transfer
If you would like to pay for a Non-insured Service by Interac E-mail Transfer please contact our office for details. If you need to use a password please use your invoice number. Always use safe email, security and password practices when sending money. Create passwords and questions that are unique and not easily guessed or obtained by others. We recommend you use the invoice number as a password in order to protect your transaction. Your funds are only as secure as your password. Lockview Medical Clinic does not take responsibility for the loss resulting from unsecured passwords.
Missed appointments
To cancel your scheduled appointment we require 24 hours notice, please call or text 902-252-3011.
We ask you to show consideration by notifying our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. We would like to have the option to offer that appointment to another patient who needs to see the doctor. If you fail to give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation, there will be a $60.00 cancellation fee billed to your account that is non-covered by your insurance. You will bear complete financial responsibility for this fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.
Email communication with the public
The Owner does not wish to use this Website as a means of communication with the public
(i) regarding questions or issues of a medical nature;
(ii) to establish physician-patient relationships
Email communications regarding such matters will not be responded to and will be discarded unread.
If you wish to contact the Owner or its physicians regarding appointments, accounts, or other questions, please do so via the front desk by SMS text, telephone, fax, email or regular mail in the manner set out in the Website.
