Please read the following instructions, it will help you understand our booking system:

We are discontinuing the Pomelo patient portal and introducing a new online booking system, Ocean, which does not require a login. Online booking is your best option for scheduling your appointment. Openings will be available here before the front desk has access to them.
 

• If you are not familiar with computers, a family member can book your appointment for you; all you need is your health card.

• Select the correct appointment type for your specific needs. You may receive a request to complete a questionnaire depending on the selected appointment type, please take the time to fill it out in order to assist in your treatment.

• Provide as much information as possible during the booking process so your physician can prepare for your visit.

• Book the appointment for the patient who needs to see the doctor; do not book the spot in another patient's name.

• Do not book more than one appointment to avoid it being cancelled.

• Provide your email address to receive free reminders about your upcoming appointments.

• If you need to cancel your appointment, give us 24 hours' notice to avoid a missed appointment fee. You can cancel your appointment using the booking confirmation email you will receive; otherwise, contact our office via SMS text or call 1-902-252-3011, or send an email to lockviewmedical@gmail.com.

• Dr. Fragoso does not book more than 4 days in advance. If you can't find any appointments for the next 4 days there are no availabilities. Tomorrow the schedule will open 4 days from today if the doctor is available on that day.

At this time, only Dr. Fragoso's and Dr. Ike's patients can book through the new Ocean system. All other patients should continue to use the Pomelo until the migration is complete. Dr. Ahmad's patients can continue to book through the front desk.
