New Online Booking Site

We are discontinuing the Pomelo patient portal on March 31, 2025, and introducing a new online booking system, Ocean, which does not require a login. Online booking is your best option for scheduling your appointment. Openings will be available here before the front desk has access to them.
If you are not familiar with computers, a family member can book your appointment for you; all you need is your health card.
Select the correct appointment type for your specific needs. You may receive a request to complete a questionnaire depending on the selected appointment type, please take the time to fill it out in order to assist in your treatment.
Provide as much information as possible during the booking process so your physician can prepare for your visit.
Book the appointment for the patient who needs to see the doctor; do not book the spot in another patient's name.
Do not book more than one appointment to avoid it being cancelled.
Provide your email address to receive free reminders about your upcoming appointments.
If you need to cancel your appointment, give us 24 hours' notice to avoid a missed appointment fee. You can cancel your appointment using the booking confirmation email you will receive; otherwise, contact our office via SMS text or call 1-902-252-3011, or send an email to lockviewmedical@gmail.com.
If you see a message indicating there are no available appointments for this month, you can check again tomorrow. We understand the message is misleading and have reported this to the Ocean team. It only means there are no availabilities for the rest on the month at the time you are checking.
